My office is buzzing with gossip about a furlough. Instead of the raise July 1, which we are contracted to receive (after 3 years of wage freeze) We expect to receive time off without pay.

I feel like hell today. No particular reason that I can detect... just down, blah, tired. I guess the word is weary.

It must be time to rest and regroup a little bit, so that I can go on to live and fight another day

I am busy looking up info so I can write up a quick-reference "how-to" register and vote. How many GLBT people think it's too big of a pain in the ass, or that they don't want to "be political."
